Here are a few of the most frequently asked questions that HR receives during Annual Performance Reviews. If you have a question that isn’t answered below or on our Performance Management webpage, please submit it using our Help Ticket form.
Contact your Manager
Once an employee submits their Self-Evaluation, only their manager can deny it/send it back to the employee. Once that happens, the employee can then make changes and resubmit.
Log into your GMS account.
Under your applications, click on “Talent and Performance”, then “Printable Review”. You’ll find Performance Reviews from previous
years in the drop-down tab.

My performance evaluation (both self-evaluation and manager evaluation) cannot be found in either my or my manager’s GMS inboxes.
