About Us
Georgetown University is committed to providing learning and development opportunities that support our mission of creating lifelong learners throughout the entire employee lifecycle. In Educating the Whole Person, we aim to facilitate and promote employee growth through professional, spiritual, intellectual, and community development. As part of University Human Resources, the Learning and Development team offers administrative employees across all of our campuses a variety of continuous learning opportunities such as online and in-person workshops, virtual toolkits, job aids, community retreats, and training needs consultation to support the growth and well-being of individual employees and teams.
