Managing at Georgetown

Managing at Georgetown is a 3-day program for both new and experienced managers to refresh their knowledge on Georgetown policies and procedures and enhance their managerial skills. This foundational program will offer an interactive experience with information on key HR policies and procedures, strategies for effective hiring, managing employees, leadership skills and plenty of opportunities for discussion and practice.

Each 3-week session is limited to 25 participants and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

This program is intended for managers of one or more staff, not including students. Participants are required to attend all 3 dates in the program and must have completed RESPECT training. Participants will also be asked to complete an Everything DiSC assessment. Details on completing these prerequisites will be provided upon confirmation of your registration.
