Our mission is to provide first-class customer service and highly skilled candidates who have been vetted via background checks and references. We are the best and most cost-effective temporary staffing for University departments. Financial approval to hire a Hoya Staffing temporary employee has been built into GMS. Use your NetID and password to login.


External Temporary and Contingent Staffing Vendors

The University also offers the option of working with external temporary staffing vendors. All external vendors will follow University temporary staffing protocol. A background check and references will be performed for all temporary staff. Temp assignments are not to exceed a twelve month period. If you need to extend an assignment, please contact your Finance Manager and HR Business Partner for approval first.

Below is the list of the approved external partners for payrolled staff, contingent employment or general temporary assignments:

– Please note, a (P.O.) purchase order number is required before an order for an identified candidate can be completed. Please work with your Procurement Analyst to set this up.
