HRIS Team About Us
The HRIS team is responsible for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our HR systems. We review business processes for accuracy and provide necessary approvals to ensure alignment with organizational standards. Our team also creates and updates ad hoc reports to support data-driven decision-making across departments.
Additionally, the team is responsible for creating specifications and conducting thorough testing of new business process updates and features launches within the Georgetown Management System (GMS), ensuring smooth implementation. As needed, we assist with training and support for HR Contacts (HRCs), helping to ensure consistent system use and understanding across the organization.
