Lawrence J. Center, Esq.

Lawrence J. Center is Executive Director of Continuing Legal Education at Georgetown University Law Center, where he has served in that capacity since 1985.  He has served as a founding member and Chairman of the Section on Continuing Legal Education for the Association of American Law Schools (AALS) and as a Director and President of the Association for Continuing Legal Education (ACLEA).  Larry is a licensed facilitator for the popular management program, “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.”  He has consulted on leadership and management issues for law firms, law schools and government agencies throughout the country.  Larry received his B.A. (Phi Beta Kappa) from Syracuse University and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.  He is a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia Bars.  Larry has also held numerous leadership positions within the community, serving as a Director for the Montgomery County Mental Health Association as Chairman of the Montgomery County Crisis Center Advisory Board and as Chairman of the Montgomery County Advisory Board on Victims and Their Families.  He is currently Co-President of The Committee for Excellence for Richard Montgomery (CERM).
