Georgetown’s Jesuit mission emphasizes cura personalis—care for the whole person—which deeply resonates with my approach to workforce development and human capital strategy. I was particularly drawn to the university’s role at the intersection of academia, policy, and global engagement. It offers a unique environment where I could contribute to meaningful programs that support not just institutional goals, but also broader societal outcomes—whether through developing talent, strengthening compliance frameworks, or enhancing benefits and workforce systems. Additionally, Georgetown’s reputation for excellence and its commitment to innovation in higher education made it an ideal place for me to apply my experience while continuing to grow as a leader. – I love exploring through travel and experiences. I enjoy visiting new places and learning about different cultures when time and budget permits, especially through local food and hidden gems, not just the typical tourist spots and also shopping.
– I’m a huge foodie. I like trying new restaurants and cuisines, and I’m always on the lookout for a great meal—whether it’s something upscale or a small local spot with amazing flavors or just DoorDash and watch a good Bollywood movie while enjoying food. My favorite cuisine is from my home town Kolkata style Biriyani, Kathi rolls, Kebabs.
– I love to get recharged in my free time by taking nice long naps
