HR Business Partner supporting the Office of Advancement, McDonough School of Business and Lauinger Library.
2. What exactly do you do in your position?
“I provide strategic guidance to my business units, including employee relations matters, performance management, organizational development, University HR policy and compliance, and guidance many other HR related disciplines.”
3. How do you serve the Georgetown community?
“I serve the Georgetown community by aligning HR strategies with Georgetown’s mission and values, such as cura personalis (care for the whole person).”

5. Why did you choose to serve at GU?
“I chose to work at Georgetown because I love working in the higher education community and Georgetown embodies the values that I stand for in my professional career and personal life.”

“Media, PA ( a suburb of Philadelphia)”
7. Educational Background
Nicole earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Temple University. Building on that momentum, she went on to achieve her MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Liberty University.
8. What are three fun facts that the Georgetown community may not know about you?
– I love to make chunky yarn blankets in my spare time.
– I love spending time with family at the beach.
– I am an avid skywatcher and have been researching the UFO phenomenon for 20 years.
