In addition to the policies and procedures outlined in the Georgetown University Human Resources Employee Handbook, the Hoya Kids Learning Center adheres to the rules and regulations set forth in this Addendum.
All employees hired by the Center must complete an application and be subject to a personal interview, pass a physical examination, meet all health requirements, return health forms to the Center, pass a background investigation and have reference checks satisfactory to Hoya Kids management. These records will be kept on file at the Center. An applicant will also be asked to demonstrate skill by being observed while working with a group of children.
