Joe Raia’s extensive human resources development, consulting and training expertise has been built through a solid mixture of experience as an internal human resources executive within the broadcast industry and as an external consultant to numerous private and public sector organizations.
Joe’s consulting and training activities focus on developing and implementing practical, yet strategic, approaches to performance management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. His work in the performance management arena encompasses the design of systems and the accompanying training and communication strategies. Recent clients include BGE (Baltimore Gas & Electric), Eastman Kodak, Fannie Mae, Hoffman-LaRoche and Viacom.
He holds a M.A. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.
