Here are the FSAP integrative health offerings for Georgetown community:
Online Resources (coming soon!)
In conjunction with GUWellness, we are in the process of creating our own in-house online resources for mindful living and stress reduction that you can access 24/7. You’ll find short podcasts and articles filled with quick but powerful ways to live with greater ease, happiness, and health.
Individual Mindfulness Coaching
Now offering mindfulness coaching for individuals. Sign up to learn how mindfulness can impact your everyday life. Receive one-on-one attention and practice mindfulness and meditation techniques for a sense of peace, stability, and contentment in your mind, heart, relationships, and day. Think of this as “mindfulness 101” that all of us can do with a little bit of practice. We offer a few one-hour time slots a month. Email Lisa for schedule.
* Parents: ready for a new way to relate to your children? Try a mindful parenting approach. Come for coaching tips on how to practice mindfulness and positive discipline that focus on connecting with your children and nurturing your relationship.
