In accordance with University HR Policy 707, Merit Increases, the University conducts annual performance reviews for eligible administrative employees (Staff and AAPs). The review period for Staff and AAP administrative employees is from April 1, 2016 through March 31, 2017.
Annual performance reviews must be submitted for all Full-Time, Regular and Term administrative employees hired prior to April 1, 2017. The review process includes an Employee Self-Assessment and an Annual Performance Review completed by the manager.
The Staff/AAP Annual Performance Review Form and Staff/AAP Employee Self-Assessment Form, along with a description of the review process, can be found on the Human Resources Forms Page under Performance Management at http://hr.georgetown.edu/forms.
All reviews must be completed by managers, signed by the employee, manager, and department head, and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than May 31, 2017. Managers should promptly initiate performance assessment conversations with their employees in order to ensure the timely completion of the process.
