The HR Business Partner model ensures that all human resources needs are aligned with university business objectives, that divisions and campuses are closely connected to a primary point of contact within HR, and that needs are promptly addressed. In short, the HR Business Partners work closely with their campus clients to benefit all of Georgetown University.

The team is comprised of Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) that are a focal point of contact for divisions and campuses.  These experienced HR professionals are tasked with providing services that include:

  • Identifying human resources needs and goals
  • Designing solutions for addressing these needs
  • Developing comprehensive plans for reaching these goals
