Welcome to Faculty and Staff Assistance Program's Integrative Health Programs. As a part of the Human Resources team our mission is to provide integrative health services to the Georgetown Community that complement our mental health services. Our programs embrace a mindfulness approach to the well being of the "whole person."

Our programs are designed to help you bring such present moment awareness in to your daily living and working. We offer tools to help pause, respond instead of react and bring more balance into the situations you face everyday.
